The following Rates and  Reservation policies are for 2016 SXSW ONLY.

Reservations begin December 1st at 9am central time for any days in March.
Thank you for thinking of us as your home away from home for SXSW.
Please know we are fortunate to be really busy in March, so for any SXSW 2016, we will only be taking reservations by Phone.   Our number is 512-441-1157.   
Our phone system gets overwhelmed with calls, so please if you get a busy signal, keep calling, and if you get through to the hold music, don’t hang up. Calls are taken in the order they are received.  We try our best to help everyone, however please know that we cannot guarantee availability.
We will allow 2 rooms to be reserved per person and phone call.  We require that a deposit be paid when the reservation is made.  Deposit is equal to the cost of one nights stay for the room(s) you reserved. There is a 2 night minimum required for weekend stays. Rates do increase for the days of SXSW March 10th-20th.   Regular rates will apply for any other days and can be found on our website.

SXSW 2016 rates per night are:

• Small singles......................$169.57 plus $25.43 tax =$195
• Poolside small singles........$178.26 plus $26.74=$205
• Large singles/Doubles.......$182.61 plus $27.39 tax=$210
• Pool deck Doubles.............$243.48 plus $36.52tax=$280
• Deluxe Kings.....................$269.57 plus $40.43 tax=$310
• Luxury Suites....................$291.30 plus $43.70tax=$335

Cancellation policy:  Due to the very high demand for rooms during the festival nights, we ask that your commitment to your reservation be a strong one.  So please be aware of cancellation deadlines.

• From December 2nd to 12 noon on March 1st there will be a $50 cancellation fee deducted from your deposit refund.
• After 12 noon on March 1st –NO refund will be given on your deposit.

Any changes to your reservation will result in a $25 fee.  This includes changing dates of your stay.
