The following Rates and  Reservation policies are for 2016 LONESTAR ROUNDUP, and MOTO GP, ONLY

Thanks for your interest in staying with us for the LoneStar Round Up or Moto GP 2016!

Reservations begin January 1st at 9am central time for any days in April.
Thank you for thinking of us as your home away from home for these great events!
We are fortunate to be really busy in April, so for the nights of April 8th,9th, and 10th 2016, we will only be taking reservations by phone.  Our number is 512-441-1157.   
Due to the high volume of incoming calls, our phone system gets inundated immediately after April reservations become available to book. Please keep calling if you get a busy signal. If you get the hold music don’t hang up, as it is set up for overflow in lieu of a busy signal.  Calls are taken in the order they are received.  We try our best to help everyone, however please know that we cannot guarantee availability.
We will allow 2 rooms to be reserved per person and phone call.
There is a 2 night minimum required for weekend stays.
Rates do increase for these nights.  Regular rates will apply for any other days and can be found on our website.

Lonestar Round Up and Moto GP rates per night are:

• Small singles....................$117.39 plus $17.61 tax =$135
• Poolside small singles......$143.48 plus $21.52=$ 165
• Large singles/Doubles.....$169.57 plus $25.43 tax=$195          
• Pool deck Doubles...........$195.65plus $29.35tax=$225
• Deluxe Kings...................$204.35 plus $30.65 tax=$235
• Luxury Suites...................$234.78 plus $35.22tax=$270

Please Note:  Parking is Free but limited.  Our Parking areas are reserved for Austin Motel staff and guests, however spaces are not assigned.  Each room is only entitled to one parking spot.  We will ask for vehicles to be registered to help control our parking lots and non- registered vehicles can and will be towed.
Cancellation policy:  We do require that you cancel your room no later than the day before your scheduled arrival date-by 12 noon.
