The following Rates and  Reservation policies are for 2016 AUSTIN CITY LIMITS ONLY.

Thanks for your interest in staying with us for ACL Festival 2016!

Reservations for the month of October, and for Austin City Limits (September 30 through October 2, AND October 7-9, 2016) begin July 1st, 9 a.m. Central Time (seriously, not one minute before).  Rooms frequently sell out quickly for the festival weekends. Reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. 

Our phone number is (512) 441-1157.  If you get a busy signal, keep trying.  If your call rings through to our hold music, don't hang up!  We take calls in the order they are received.  Please note there is no guarantee you will be able to get a room even if you begin calling us at 9:00.  We are a tiny place, and we do the best we can. On the day of July 1, reservations will only be taken by telephone from 9am to 11am. After 11am, reservations may be made either through the telephone or online. Thank you.

Here is the scoop on rates and reservation policies for these special weekends:

• Minimum stay:  A minimum of 2 nights is required. 
• Maximum reservations:  Only 2 rooms may be reserved per person! 
• Rates increased:  ACL rates are higher than normal for the nights of Sept. 30, October 1st, 2nd, and October 7th, 8th, and 9th. 
• Our regular rates will apply for any other night and can be found on our website at www.austinmotel.com.  

ACL rates per night (plus 15% City and State hospitality tax):

-Small singles______________$ 169.57 plus $25.43 tax=$195.
-Small Pool singles__________$ 186.96 plus $28.04 tax=$215.
-Large singles/doubles_______$ 200.00 plus $30.00 tax=$230.
-Poolside Rooms___________ $ 243.48 plus $36.52 tax=$280.
-Deluxe King______________$ 269.57 plus $40.43 tax=$310.
-Luxury Suites_____________$ 304.35 plus $45.65 tax=$350.
